At JuzForHue, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our custom-crafted items. We offer a comprehensive 30-day return policy framework for our products.

1. 30-Day Guarantee for Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, contains a manufacturing defect, or is the incorrect item, we will make it right immediately.

Please contact our support team at info@juzforhue.com within 30 days of your delivery date. To expedite your resolution, please include:
* Your order number
* A clear photo or video showing the manufacturing issue or damage

Once verified by our support team within 24–48 hours, we will issue a free replacement shipped directly to you via standard delivery at no additional cost.

**Note on Returns:** Because our items are custom made-to-order through our local US print-on-demand fulfillment framework, you will not be required to pay for or mail the defective physical item back to our Singapore headquarters.

2. Order Alterations & Cancellations
All orders are automatically routed to our domestic US print partners within 1 hour of placement to ensure rapid fulfillment. Because items are custom-made on demand, we cannot alter or cancel an order once production has started. This applies to:
* Product size, color, or style selections
* Personalization details
* Shipping address corrections

We kindly ask that you review your digital preview and cart selections carefully prior to completing checkout.

3. Product Representation & Print Variations
We leverage digital staging and rendering configurations to showcase our artistic designs clearly on screen. Every item is printed individually using industry-standard equipment. Please note that slight color variations may occur between your device screen profile and the printed fabric or product medium. Minor variations in print placement up to 0.5 inches are normal production tolerances and are not classified as defects.

4. Delivery Guarantee & Lost Packages
If your tracking profile indicates your package has not been delivered within 30 calendar days of shipment, please contact us at info@juzforhue.com. Verified packages lost in transit will be completely replaced.
