While we are headquartered in Singapore, our current logistics are dedicated to domestic US delivery. We hope to welcome international customers in the near future!

To ensure each item is crafted with the specialized care it deserves, we work with a small group of trusted production partners. Because of this, items in your order may sometimes arrive in separate packages at slightly different times.

At JuzForHue, we love showing our designs in diverse, joyful settings. To do this sustainably and provide you with more visual variety, we use AI-enhanced lifestyle scenes.

While the background and models are digitally generated, the product designs are rendered using the exact high-resolution files sent to our production partners to ensure the preview is as accurate as possible.

All items are custom-printed upon order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production before shipment.

* Orders placed after 8:00 AM PT begin processing the following business day.
* Alaska, Hawaii, & Unincorporated US Territories: Please allow an additional 7 to 12 business days on top of the standard transit times listed above.

As all orders are processed quickly and made to order, we’re unable to make changes once your order has been placed. This includes:

At JuzForHue, every piece is made just for you - thoughtfully personalized and created on demand. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or color selection.

We appreciate your understanding, as each item is uniquely crafted and cannot be restocked.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

• A clear photo showing the issue
• (If applicable) a photo or video showing all affected items in one frame

Once received, we will review your claim with our production partners.

If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

• A free replacement, or
  
• A full refund to your original payment method
  

Refunds (if applicable) are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

As our items are made-to-order, you will not be required to return the item.

If your order has not been delivered within 30 calendar days, please contact us at info@juzforhue.com within 7 days after this period.

If confirmed lost in transit, we will offer:
